How to make a healthier Lasagna version

 All time favorite lasagna, all of us love it eating it and ordering it when we go to a restaurant but we are afraid doing it but its actually the opposite. Then we will do the healthy version, this is the healthier option recipe. Nice and crusty, smells great and just delightful.


Ingredients:
Instant Lasagna sheets
2 tsp dried oregano
2 carrots peeled & finely chopped
2 finely chopped celery sticks
1 finely chopped zucchini
500g or 1lb of mince lean beef
1 tbs garlic paste
2 cans tomatoes crushed
1 & ½ cups beef stock
2 tbs tomato paste
1 large onion finely chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil

Cheese Sauce:
100g cheddar cheese grated
3 cups skim milk
1/3 cup cornflour
